First off – can you believe that Thanksgiving is next week!? I don’t know if moving in the middle of the year threw us off but the holidays have really snuck up on us! I have been playing with some outfits in my closet to wear to some Thanksgiving dinners (we have 3 of them!) and this one is a top contender because #stretchypants

Happy Friday everyone! I hope your week went by fast and you got most of your to-do list done! As most of you know, I work from home for my “real job” šŸ˜‰ and that can get kind of monotonous. Sometimes I would like to put on real clothes and brush my hair. This week one of my sweet new blogger girlfriends (check her out – Miss Molly Moon) asked me if I wanted to work at a coffee shop and OMG it was just what I needed!

I have been fighting some nasty head cold for the past few days and just couldn’t find any relief. I ordered a huge Medicine Ball Tea from Starbucks on my way to meet my friendĀ and WOW it was so good I ordered a second one on my way home! It really cleared up my sinuses and was the perfect drink to warm me up! If you feel a cold coming on, run to Starbucks and order this tea! It’s sometimes called the Cold Buster as well.

Now to some items currently on my wish list… I have been craving everything cozy for the cold weather we are finally getting in Georgia. This pretty shoulder bag is a dupe for the Chloe bag for a very small fraction of the price! I really want this eyeshadow palette because I feel like I would never have to buy eyeshadow ever again. The colors are all GORGEOUS and you just can’t beat the price!

I walked into a local boutique and fell IN LOVE with an oversized corduroy shearling-lined biker jacket and I just couldn’t justify the $200 price tag. I found this one that looks almost identical forĀ  under $70 and I may just need to grab it!

Have a beautiful weekend!

Effortlessly,
Chelsea

I just love throwing a fun kimono over a simple cami and jeans to really pull an outfit together. This green fringe kimonoĀ is so special because my Grandparents bought it for me for a birthday gift (Mimi has great taste šŸ™‚ ) and there are so many ways I want to wear it! I definitely want to throw it on over a fun little dress or flared jeans.

I am absolutely head over heels for this Barbie pink sweater! Most of you have probably seen the corset sweater trend and I honestly didn’t think I could pull it off, but this particular sweater is so flattering! It also comes in white and I am so tempted to order it as well.

Color crush: olive, I love you

fall color trend olive green

My fall color crush is most definitely olive green!Ā ItĀ is such a pretty color for the fall months! It pairs well with so many different colors – especially taupes and blushes! I’ve rounded up some of my favorite olive pieces for you!

1 // Gap t-shirt dress: I love the 3-quarter length sleeve on this one and the length is perfect! I have an olive green swing dress that I layer with cozy cardis and plaid scarves in the fall.

2 // H&M oversized sweater: You really can never have enough oversized sweaters in your closet. This deep-v one is great for layering and is long enough to be worn with leggings. This one also comes in grey and pink (under $35!)

3 // Free People high rise skinnies: I love the destroyed look of these skinnies! There are only a few sizes left, but they’re on sale for under $50!

4 // H&M cropped sweater: I love the high neck and drawstring detail on this one!

5 // Camo scarf: I love the pops of pink in this one!

6 // Boohoo suede mini: This one may not exactly be olive but this color goes great with it! Comes in 2 other colors.

7 // Express camo skinnies: There are so many ways to make camo look chic! I love the colors in this pair. So pretty to wear with neutrals.

8 // Joe Fresh drape front cardigan: For years I avoided drape front cardigans but now I can’t get enough of them. I love this shade of olive and the way it drapes beautifully! It also comes in a few other colors.

9 // BP oversized sunnies: You guys know my obsession with a good pair of oversized sunnies. This shape is so fun and they’re only $14!

10 // Charlotte Russe velvet booties: I really love booties that have the slits on the sides because they are so comfortable. These velvets ones are on trend and a beautiful color to pair with olive!

Now if only the temperatures would reflect how my closet currently feels so I can break out all the sweaters! Do you have a color crush this fall?
