I took a bit of a unintentional hiatus from blogging for almost a month and let me tell you – it was NEEDED. Yes I have only been blogging for a little over 6 months, but trying to find the balance between a very demanding full-time job and my side hustle has proven to be a pretty difficult juggling act! I am still trying to find my rhythm and my voice when it comes to my blog and I really want to make 100% sure what I’m sharing are things that I love and things that inspire you!
For example – THIS OUTFIT! It is equal part cozy and glam! Some of my very favorite looks come from putting some of my current crushes from my closet. Most of the items in this outfit are oldies but such goodies! This coat was a gorgeous gift from my mom 2 Christmases ago so it’s an old Free People style. I found a fur version that is SO pretty! But this scarf is in stock and just stunning in person! I actually own it in a striped version and you can see how I styled it here. I will link some other colors it comes in a widget at the end of the post!
This Coach tote is SO special to me! Years ago my mom and I went shopping and my dad was out of the country traveling for his job. Unfortunately he was going to be gone on Valentine’s Day and he told my mom and I to pick out a new purse for each of us on him for our gifts! I have had it for at least 5 or 6 years and have carried it so much. Since it’s an older version I found a leather tote that is really pretty and a more affordable option.
I was on the hunt for a pair of slouchy booties that I could dress up or down and these fit the bill! I stumbled upon them at my local TJ Maxx and I couldn’t find them online, but I have had my eye on these! They’re the same style as mine, but just a touch more glam 🙂 which is 100% ME! If glitter isn’t your style I found a taller version that is so chic!
